Common checks:

• Public HTTPS URL is reachable.
• MCP endpoint ends with /mcp.
• OAuth values match the current deployment.
• Reverse proxy supports streaming requests.
• Remote worker invite has not expired.
• Workspace permissions allow writes to /workspace/.local-shell-mcp.
